Job summary

The Ridges Resort in Georgia is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to provide exceptional service at weddings, conferences, and events. You will set up banquet spaces, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive, friendly service.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends/evenings. A high standard of presentation and teamwork is required to maintain our event standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced events.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms per event specifications.
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of tables and serving areas.
• Assist in preparation and breakdown of banquet spaces.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Attend pre-shift meetings for event-specific communication.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide exemplary guest service and maintain a positive dining/meeting experience.
• Other duties as directed by Banquet Manager and General Manager.
