• Clean function rooms including vacuuming, dusting, shampooing of carpets
• Keep linen regularly stocked and take dirty linen to the laundry area

Responsible for the efficient and proper set-up and tear down of group dining events and functions. Perform physically demanding work in varying weather and terrain conditions. Perform set-up in a manner that ensures neatness and accuracy. Diligent in following directions and performing tasks within designated time frames while maintaining the quality of the project.
