Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a part-time Banquets Setup team member to assist with daily meeting and event room setups in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role includes guest-facing responsibilities, ensuring accurate banquet setups, and supporting teardown after events. Work may be evenings, weekends, and holidays with housing possibilities for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 40+lbs.
• Flexible availability - nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Will stand and walk for long periods of time (8-9 hours)

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms for events in coordination with the Banquets team.
• Ensure venue setup meets banquet orders (tables, chairs, staging, etc.).
• Assist with teardown and cleaning; return space to inspection-ready state.
• Inspect banquet equipment and replace/clean/repair as needed.
• Maintain banquet materials and storage areas; address guest questions.
