Responsibilities

• Work with Banquets team to get venue ready for events.
• Ensure proper venue setup including tables, chairs, staging, and other elements required for the event.
• Assist with teardown and cleaning of space after event, returning it to inspection-ready state.
• Inspect banquet equipment and replace/clean/repair as needed.
• Address guest concerns and questions.
• Complete required side work- may vary by event.

The primary job responsibility of this position is to assist with the day to day set up of meeting and banquets rooms in the conference center. The Banquets Setup position will also be in a guest-facing role, ensuring that the specifics of banquet orders are met, with an emphasis on venue setup. Full-time and part time, Full time is eligible for benefits position.
