Job summary

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO, is seeking a Banquets Setup team member. You will assist daily setup of meeting and banquet rooms within the conference center, ensuring all banquet orders are met and the space is ready for events.

Other duties include teardown, equipment inspection, maintaining storage areas, and addressing guest questions. Ability to lift 40+lbs and flexible availability required; housing may be available.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 40+lbs.
• Flexible availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Will stand and walk for long periods (8–9 hours).

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day setup of meeting and banquet rooms in the conference center.
• Serve in a guest-facing role ensuring banquet orders are met and venue setup is correct.
• Assist with teardown and cleaning; return space to inspection-ready state.
• Inspect banquet equipment and replace/clean/repair as needed.
• Maintain banquet materials and storage areas.
• Address guest concerns and questions.
• Complete required side work as needed.
