Qualifications

• Proven experience in banquet management or related hospitality leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Experience with Micros/Opera or other banquet software.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute all banquet events including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
• Lead banquet staff: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with culinary, sales, and resort teams to ensure event success.
• Develop relationships with clients to understand needs and exceed expectations.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and profitability of banquet operations.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Gather guest feedback and implement service improvements.
