Job summary

Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort in Tucson, AZ seeks a friendly Banquet Server to deliver attentive food and beverage service for events. You’ll support event setup, meal service, and breakdown while upholding the company’s standards of excellence.

The role requires strong customer service skills, professional appearance, and flexibility to work on weekends and holidays. Prior banquet or banquet-style service is preferred in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards all.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc., for full service of Banquet Events.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for Banquet Events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor.
• Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of Banquet Events.
• Maintain positive and professional attitude.
• Seek counsel from management when needed.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success.
• Follow Health and Safety practices at all times.
• Maintain all Liquor and Health Certifications (Title 4 or TIPS)
