Job summary

Bally's is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare and produce menu items to standard in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain a clean, organized kitchen and assist in all cooking areas with proper methods and timing.

Strong English communication, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required. Promotions and events knowledge is a plus, with duties extending as needed.

Qualifications

• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for long periods.
• Experience in pantry, fry cook, broiler, and sauté.
• Basic sanitation laws of local health department skills required.
• Successfully complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Service Culture to deliver superior guest service by all team members.
• Prepare and produce menu items to standards quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Assist in food production across all areas with proper cooking methods, times and temperatures.
• Maintain assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Ensure safety and security of team members and guests.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of promotions and scheduled events.
• All other duties as assigned.
