• Complete a mystery‑basket cooking test including 3 courses in 4 hours.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce consistent food projects while following recipes with reduced supervision.
• Exhibit advanced knowledge in knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Identify and safely use all kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Assist and train culinary interns and general cooks.
