Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager for the Fort Collins Hilton to oversee events and lead banquet staff. The role focuses on delivering seamless banquets and exceptional guest experiences at a busy hotel venue.

You will execute BEOs, coordinate with vendors, manage inventory and costs, train and support the team, and step in for the Banquet Manager when needed. A hospitality background and leadership experience are preferred, with the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Hospitality background helpful.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for meetings and social events.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments to deliver seamless events from setup to sendoff.
• Manage inventory, costs, and schedules; support departmental goals.
• Supervise banquet staff and maintain morale; step in for Banquet Manager as needed.
