Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Albuquerque is seeking a hands-on Banquet Supervisor to lead event operations at the Albuquerque Embassy Suites.

You will execute BEOs, coordinate with vendors, manage inventory and costs, supervise staff, and step in for the Banquet Manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, a hospitality background, a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexible schedules to cover events.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in fast-paced settings.
• Hospitality industry background preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for meetings and social events.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments for seamless events.
• Manage inventory, costs, and schedules to support department goals.
• Supervise banquet staff, ensure service quality and morale.
• Step in for the Banquet Manager and assist with hiring, training, and daily leadership.
