You will set up and break down meeting and banquet spaces, keep areas guest-ready, and help transport supplies. You’ll support food and beverage service and be the friendly face that guests remember.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure event spaces meet standards.
• Clear verbal and written communication with team and guests.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-first attitude to support large events and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders and cleanliness standards.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day, including coffee breaks.
• Transport supplies and materials as needed (boxes, programs, décor).
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as required.
• Greet guests and anticipate needs to provide a positive, helpful experience.
