Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites, a property of Atrium Hospitality in Cary, NC, seeks a Banquet Lead to drive flawless events and lead the banquet team through setup, execution, and wrap-up. You will coordinate with vendors, supervise staff, and uphold service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and the ability to manage AV needs during events.

Qualifications

• Banquet leadership experience or exposure preferred.
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications, or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Delphi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments.
• Set up spaces, supervise staff, and ensure service standards from start to finish.
• Monitor cleanliness, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation-ready.
• Provide hands-on training and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top-tier service.
• Troubleshoot AV setups to ensure a smooth guest experience.
