Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a banquet leadership role in Cary, NC. You will lead events, coordinate with vendors and departments, and supervise staff to ensure top-notch service from setup through wrap-up.

The position requires banquet experience, leadership exposure, and certifications in food safety and alcohol service (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods are expected.

Qualifications

• Banquet experience and leadership exposure.
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Delphi is a plus for event management.

Responsibilities

• Lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments.
• Support the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards from start to finish.
• Keep spaces clean, reset rooms, and ensure supplies are stocked and presentation-ready.
• Provide hands-on training and leadership for banquet staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot AV setups and assist to ensure a smooth guest experience.
