Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and service standards per venue guidelines.
• Supervise day-of banquets; assign work and enforce policies.
• Ensure setups and service align with banquet event orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen and AV for menu timing and technical needs.
• Greet guests and handle requests and complaints professionally.
• Review guest checks with clients and obtain signatures.
• Maintain inventory security and replenish supplies as needed.
• Prepare equipment for next day and keep facilities clean.
• Promote teamwork with other departments.
