Lancer Hospitality in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Catering Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing for all catering services, including internal and external events. You will develop menus, plan budgets, and supervise execution as the primary contact for events.

Responsibilities include staff hiring, training, policy development, and cost control. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive growth and excellent customer service.

• 3+ years’ progressive experience in a sales or catering management role.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

Position Summary:

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing of allservices offered by the department including all department catered events for internal and external groups. The CSM developments sales & catering systems conducive to growth, innovation and excellence in customer service. Plans menus in accordance with customer expectations and budget. Coordinates the smooth execution of all catered events by serving as the principal contact, manager and cost control and collection agent. Responsible for verification and billing of all sales and proper reporting.
