Elior Group (Lancer Hospitality) is seeking a bartender for City House in Minnesota. The role involves mixing and serving beverages, batch preparation, and occasional food service for a diverse guest base. You’ll work on a service bar with opportunities for growth and a steady weekly paycheck.

Responsibilities include setting up bars, following recipes, describing menu items to guests, and maintaining beverage stations. 18+ years, strong customer service, and recipe recall are required.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a skilled, motivated Bartender to join our Lancer Hospitality team at City House! As a bartender, you will have the opportunity to mix and serve a variety of beverages and perform meal service for a diverse clientele.

What you'll be doing:

• Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
• Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
• Performing food service as needed.
• Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
