Job summary

Levy at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a banquet food service professional to help ensure top-quality products and service. You will monitor the operation on site to support seamless event execution.

Key duties include inventory management to minimize waste, supervising staff to maintain cleanliness and task focus, and ensuring signage and marketing are accurate and up-to-date. Compliance with company policies is essential.

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
