Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Steward to support event operations across our Florida facilities. You will transport equipment and meals to functions, maintain clean service areas, and help with dishwashing as needed.

Ideal candidates have hands-on hospitality knowledge, strong guest service, and the stamina to stand for long events. You will contribute to a safe, sanitary environment and support senior management in busy banquet settings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge and hospitality operations awareness.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment and food/beverage to functions per hotel standards.
• Replenish kitchen line with clean pots, plates, and china.
• Establish dish out and breakdown stations; assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards and prepare for inspections.
• Clean and sanitize ice machines and all food & beverage areas.
