Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of hospitality.
• Relevant stewarding experience in a large convention hotel is strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Replenish kitchen line with clean pots, plates, and miscellaneous china.
• Assist with banquet plate ups as directed.
• Establish dish out and breakdown stations for all banquet events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize food and beverage areas and equipment.
