The Dollywood Company is seeking a Banquet Sous Chef to supervise banquet kitchen operations and ensure top-tier food quality across hot and cold stations. You will lead teams in buffet and plated service, assist in custom banquet menus, and maintain strict safety and sanitation standards to consistently impress guests and hosts.

Competenze

Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience as a sous chef or similar in a banquet/restaurant setting.
2+ years supervisory experience.
Culinary degree or ACF certification preferred.
Basic computer experience and valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

Supervise and coordinate banquet kitchen production per menu and BEOs.
Direct banquet culinary teams in buffet and plated service.
Assist in menu development and updating BEOs for guests and planners.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained daily.
Maintain inventory quality and collaborate with purchasing.
Demonstrate and teach proper cooking methods and plating techniques.
