Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a detail-obsessed Banquet Sous Chef to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen, mentor a diverse team, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for assisting in all manner of food prep, line staff supervision, inventory management, and on-the-spot problem solving.

This role offers the opportunity to learn from creative chefs, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations and leadership.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

• Passionate about culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
