The Banquet Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisines, leading banquet and catering food operations, participating in restaurant prep and service, and ensuring high-quality food production for all events. Strong culinary skills, organization, communication, mentorship, and humility are essential.
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
