Job summary

The Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel is actively seeking an On Call Banquet Set-Up to join our banquet team. The role supports the overall success of the hotel by preparing meeting rooms and banquet functions according to guest specifications.

Responsibilities include compiling supplies, transporting tables, chairs, linens, service ware, and setting up buffets; you will also assist with breakdown and cleaning after events. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Set up function rooms per guest specifications and move tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Transport tables, chairs, linen, service ware, and other items from storage to function area.
• Set up buffet lines, coffee breaks, and replenish supplies during events.
• Break down rooms after events and return equipment to storage areas; assist with cleaning.
• Attend pre-function meetings as needed and adhere to sanitation standards.
