Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Set-Up Attendant for Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa. You will direct setup and preparation of banquet rooms for events and tear down after functions.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced team, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Highly detailed oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thrives in a teamwork environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in conference rooms per event order and standard.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms and team rooms and restocking supplies.
• Refreshes meeting rooms during meal and coffee breaks.
• Complete special projects as directed by management.
• Move boxes and materials between locations.
• Bus tables and re-set them as needed.
• Resolve guests’ issues and create an exceptional experience.
• Coordinate with culinary and stewarding staff.
