Job summary

The Brown Hotel in Kentucky is seeking a Banquet Set-Up House Person to set up, break down, and reset banquet and meeting spaces according to event specifications. • You will be the behind-the-scenes hero for our hotel's special events, ensuring every function space is set up to perfection.
• Your daily tasks will include setting up tables, chairs, and other event equipment, as well as ensuring the cleanliness of banquet rooms.
• You will report to the Banquet Manager or Banquet Captain.
• A career as a banquet set-up houseperson can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as banquet captain, maintenance engineer, or even event management positions.
