Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Banquet Set-Up House Person to prepare and reset banquet and meeting spaces according to event requirements. You’ll work with the events team to arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies, ensuring spaces look guest-ready and safe.

No formal education is required and prior hotel experience is a plus, though not mandatory. You must be eligible to work in the United States and adaptable to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No formal education minimum required.
• Experience not required; hotel environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down and reset banquet/meeting spaces as per event specs.
• Arrange furniture, equipment and supplies safely and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms and assist team as needed.
• Report to Banquet Manager or Banquet Captain.
