Qualifications

• Experience in banquet setup or event operations is preferred.
• Ability to read and execute setups based on Banquet Event Orders.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to BEO specifications, arranging tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces.
• Ensure spaces are laid out precisely to BEO before start times.
• Inspect completed room setups for standards and quality control.
• Assist with lighting, sound, and AV setup as needed.
• Coordinate with banquet captains and event managers to handle last-minute changes.
• Break down and reset banquet spaces after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in back hallways and storage areas.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility with schedule changes.
• Support banquet team in other capacities as needed.
