Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Server to join our luxury dining team. You will create a memorable dining experience for guests and residents, delivering attentive service while showcasing menu knowledge.

The role requires 2–3 years in Food & Beverage, ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working a minimum of 2-3 years in Food & Beverage and previous experience as a server.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of Minneapolis area is a plus; luxury hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and describe food & beverage items with vivid descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation.
• Communicate orders to kitchen and bar and coordinate timing.
• Ensure quality by checking orders and transporting items to guest tables promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to concerns, and offer personalized suggestions.
• Close out checks, process payments, and manage table setup and resets.
• Maintain professional collaboration with coworkers and supervisors.
