Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Stand for long periods and work weekends.
• Good writing and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow banquet event orders (BEO) precisely.
• Provide warm, enthusiastic service to guests.
• Maintain banquet area clean, organized and safe.
• Assist with room setup, food service, and cleanup.
• Greet guests upon arrival and relay compliments or complaints to management.
• Ensure rooms are cleared, locked and equipment stored at the end of each function and shift.
