The Colony Hotel in Maine, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated Banquet Server to join our team. You will help set up banquet spaces, serve and bus tables, and assist with tear-down after events at a coastal property known for guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions, include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function location, clear food from tables, tear down banquet rooms.
• Break down by bussing tables, storing linens and centerpieces, vacuuming.
• Cleaning back hall and organizing storerooms as part of operations.
• Set up for breaks with coffee, tea, snacks, and beverages.
• Assist with event room setup according to meal period and needs.
• Prepare condiments, brew coffee, stock workstations for service.
• Serve food and beverages, remove dishes to the kitchen, and clear tables.
