You will prepare tables, linens, glassware, and related items, assist guests, coordinate with staff, and maintain a clean, organized back-of-house.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet and event setup preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service background preferred.
• Clear and pleasant English communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers and management.
• Able to think quickly, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Standing, walking for extended periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Set up banquet and meeting spaces per daily worksheets.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and related items.
• Provide required amenities and maintain cleanliness of spaces.
• Refresh rooms during breaks and after events; manage waste and supplies.
• Break down spaces promptly after function end; move materials to shipping as needed.
• Accommodate special guest needs and assist with banners and décor.
• Keep back-of-house areas organized, safe, and energy efficient.
