Qualifications

• Current Food Handler’s certification or able to obtain it within six months
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry trays weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Hospitality mindset and hospitable service atmosphere required

Responsibilities

• Set up venue per client instructions in the BEO
• Tear down and set up meeting and event rooms
• Move and store equipment such as tables, risers, dance floors, lecterns, and linens
• Clean meeting rooms before and after events
• Provide excellent customer service to clients during functions
• Assist with clearing tables and restocking supplies
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work weekends and holidays as required
• Help ensure smooth operation with banquet staff and managers
