Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable event schedules.
• Food Handler Card / RBS Certification required or ability to obtain as required by California law

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Preparation: Assist with the setup of banquet rooms according to banquet event orders (BEOs).
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and refreshments according to service standards.
• Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout each event.
• Event Breakdown: Clear tables, remove linens, and properly store banquet equipment following events.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Banquet Captains, Banquet Managers, Culinary, Stewarding, and Sales teams.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
