Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of banquet, catering, restaurant, or hotel Food & Beverage experience.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet service and ensure events are executed according to event orders and hotel standards.
• Review event details, room diagrams, menus, timelines, and special requests before each function.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and communicate expectations to the banquet team.
• Coordinate room setup, service, breakdown, and reset activities.
• Monitor timelines and adjust as needed to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Oversee food and beverage service timing, presentation, and service quality.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

Education
