Job summary

Concord is hiring Banquet Server(s) to create memorable experiences during receptions, meetings, trainings, and special events. You will ensure smooth service, coordinate settings, and assist with buffet and plated meals while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and benefits apply to full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Arrange place settings, tables, chairs, linens according to Banquet Event Order (BEOs).
• Carry trays of food from staging areas, pour water and wine, while servicing multiple course meals and buffet lines.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu questions and any dietary needs.
• Set up, execute, and maintain clean tables between courses.
• Assist fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests.
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services to Brand and company standards.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
