Sonesta International Hotels is seeking team members to set up and break down event spaces, ensuring rooms meet group requirements with proper linens, equipment, and cleanliness. You will coordinate with the Catering department for changes and schedule execution of banquet events.

You'll adhere to safety standards, maintain inventory, and may work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences across our properties.

Qualifications

• Set up rooms and function areas per group requirements and standards.
• Read BEO and interpret event setup and scheduling needs.
• Adhere to Sonesta safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Catering for changes in events.

Responsibilities

• Set up rooms and function areas with tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Stock and organize supply carts; transport to function areas.
• Inspect rooms and equipment for cleanliness and readiness; rectify issues.
• Breakdown function areas and store reusable goods.
