Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking staff to maintain cleanliness and assist with events in our banquet spaces. You will handle cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and help set up and break down rooms and AV equipment for events.

Excellent guest service, communication, and teamwork are essential for success. Responsibilities include assisting with guest requests, maintaining organization of storage and staff areas, and supporting other hotel operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service skills and professionalism.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 75 pounds and move around the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks per manager's instructions and health standards.
• Set up event spaces, including tables, linens, chairs, and AV equipment per BEO.
• Assist with guest requests, restocking, and maintenance of banquet rooms and staff areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of all assigned areas.
• Assist with other hotel operations and events as needed.
