Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to follow instructions accurately, both verbally and in writing.
• Highly detailed oriented with strong communication skills.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment per event order and standards.
• Clean and reset classrooms, ballrooms, and team rooms; restock supplies.
• Refresh rooms during breaks and move convention materials as needed.
• Move and set up materials from loading docks to spaces; assist with tear down.
• Assist with bus tables and re-set as needed; resolve guest issues to create a positive experience.
• Maintain positive relations with culinary and stewarding staff; stay aware of scheduled events.
