Job summary

Hilton in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to support event setup, execution, and teardown. You will follow BEOs, deliver courteous service, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED desired.
• Previous related experience in food service supervision or banquet service preferred.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces according to BEOs.
• Provide F&B service following health and hotel standards.
• Ensure 100% readiness 15 minutes before event start time.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and uniform standards.
• Coordinate with culinary and sales teams during events.
• Assist in other hotel work areas as needed by supervisor.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Maintain safety and proper storage of equipment.
