Job summary

Hilton Embassy Suites Raleigh is seeking a Food & Beverage Server to take orders, prepare and deliver meals per hotel standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will work as part of a larger hotel team and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions about menus, setting up service areas, and ensuring timely delivery with proper presentation while adhering to safety guidelines. Flexible schedule and weekend work expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read & write in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to carry objects on a tray without spilling.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Take phone or in-person orders, following hotel standards.
• Know all basic menus, ingredients and main cooking methods to answer guest inquiries.
• Set up trays and tables with all necessary condiments and service needs.
• Serve food and beverages maintaining correct temperature and according to hotel standards.
• Be attentive to guest needs throughout service from start to finish.
