HHM Hotels at Renaissance Denver Central Park Hotel seeks a Banquet House Attendant to set up, break down, and service meeting rooms per guest standards. You will assist with transporting heavy items, maintain room cleanliness, and respond to guest requests while following safety rules.

Weekend shifts are included as part of the role. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and prior banquet setup or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous banquet set up or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms according to banquet event orders.
• Transport heavy materials safely to meeting rooms.
• Break down meeting rooms and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for meeting rooms and ballrooms.
• Respond to guest requests for service changes and information.
• Handle guest complaints or seek supervisor assistance.
