Job summary

Unicoi State Park & Lodge is seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Banquet Setup/Server to help create memorable experiences for weddings, meetings, special events, and groups in North Georgia. You will set up banquet spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure event areas remain clean and guest-ready.

Nights, weekends, and holidays are required. Prior banquet or hospitality experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Ability to lift, carry, stand, and move throughout events for extended periods.
• Previous banquet, serving, or hospitality experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays are a must.
