Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, GA, is recruiting Part-Time Banquet Servers to join our events team. You will deliver attentive service at weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebrations, ensuring every detail meets our high standards.

We value a friendly, professional, guest-focused approach, reliability, and teamwork. Training is provided; hospitality experience is not required but appreciated. Free employee meals during shifts and exclusive resort discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
• Hospitality experience not required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Preparing and arranging banquet spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Setting tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and other service items
• Providing professional and attentive food and beverage service
• Welcoming guests and responding courteously to questions and requests
• Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout events
• Assisting with event breakdown and post-function cleanup
• Collaborating with the banquet team to ensure events are executed smoothly and efficiently
• Representing Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional guest service

Your Role

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Hospitality experience is not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to learn.
