Unicoi State Park & Lodge is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energeticVisitor Center Attendant to join our Parks team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in the beautiful North Georgia mountains.

As a Visitor Center Attendant, you’ll often be one of the first faces our guests see. You’ll help welcome visitors, answer questions, provide information about the park and surrounding area, assist with purchases and park passes, and help keep the Visitor Center organized, inviting, and ready for guests.

What You’ll Do

• Greet visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answer questions about the park, lodge, activities, trails, amenities, and local area
• Assist guests with park information and directions
• Operate the register and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Sell merchandise, passes, and other Visitor Center items
• Stock, organize, and maintain attractive merchandise displays
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming Visitor Center
• Assist with inventory and other daily operational tasks
• Communicate effectively with Parks, Activities, Lodge, and other departments
• Provide the kind of friendly service that makes guests want to return

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who ispositive, reliable, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are important, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
