Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to help ensure flawless events by preparing and maintaining banquet spaces. This fast-paced role rewards attention to detail, flexibility, and guest satisfaction, with experience not required beyond a passion for service and teamwork.

You will set up and break down spaces per Banquet Event Orders, assist guests during events, ensure equipment is functioning, and report maintenance needs. Full-time with benefits offered.

• Able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs
