Mainsail Lodging & Development is seeking energetic individuals to support our banquet operations, assisting with setup and guest service while upholding Autograph Collection standards. This role emphasizes warmth, attentiveness, and teamwork in fast-paced hotel environments.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong customer service and communication skills, and comfort using tablets or similar technology.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or higher
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to use technology e.g. tablets

Aufgaben

• Acknowledge guests with a warm greeting in all public spaces
• Assist with banquet function setup of tables, chairs, and related materials
• Follow scheduled shifts and meal/break requirements
• Report equipment issues or room disparities to the manager
• Assist guests with special requests
• Communicate inventory needs to the manager (chairs, tables, linens)
• Maintain professional communication while using technology
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with guests and team
• Engage guests using personalized service including guest name
• Maintain guest confidentiality per hotel procedures
• Report suspicious activity or irregular behavior in rooms or public areas
• Take initiative and handle assignments with limited supervision
• Follow hotel policies per team member handbook
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform additional duties as requested by management
