Job summary

Madison Beach Hotel is seeking a Banquet Porter to support signature events with setup, service coordination, and guest satisfaction in Madison, CT. You will arrange tables, chairs, linens, and décor, and help ensure flawless execution from setup through breakdown.

The role requires strong guest service skills, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in banquet or event settings is preferred, with opportunities for growth within our hospitality team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces according to the specifications provided
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and décor as required
• Assist with the coordination of food and beverage service
• Provide excellent customer service to guests during events
• Ensure event spaces are clean and well-maintained
• Help with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces after the conclusion of events
