Job summary

Memphis Marriott East is seeking a dedicated Banquet Houseperson for full-time flex schedules in Memphis, TN. You will clean and set up function rooms per event orders, ensure AV equipment works with the A/V company, maintain cleanliness, and manage storage and bussing duties at day end.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, possess strong communication, work well under pressure, and can flex to nights, weekends, and holidays while functioning as part of a team delivering exceptional guest

Responsibilities

• Clean and set up all function rooms according to event orders.
• Ensure AV equipment is set up and functioning.
• Maintain clean banquet spaces and storage facilities.
• Return equipment to storage and manage end-of-day duties.
• Assist with timely handling of bus pans as needed.
