Job summary

CSM Corporation is seeking a hospitality teammate to manage banquet room setup, maintenance, and takedown per client specifications. You will transport and arrange tables, chairs, staging, and AV equipment, while restocking supplies and performing light cleaning.

You will read Banquet Event Orders, ensure accuracy, and respond promptly to guests’ needs. A teamwork mindset and reliable attendance are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have exemplary customer service, attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• No mandatory educational requirements; HS diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and take down banquet rooms according to specifications.
• Transport and set up of tables, chairs, staging, audio-visual and electrical equipment.
• Clean and maintain banquet rooms and equipment; assist with related duties.
• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders to ensure proper room setup.
• Assist with transporting food and supporting the dishwashing team as needed.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet guest needs.
